I enjoy helping organizations with their agile journey by providing servant leadership to agile teams while also serving as an agent of change to the folks I work with through education of agile techniques and practices.My passion is the challenge of coaching and enabling organizations and agile teams while building an environment where safety and continuous learning/improvement is the common goal. I focus on achieving this through communication, group dynamics, experimentation and coaching while not being afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments at both the team and organizational levels.My company (Centric Consulting) enables me to take ownership of my career and awards me with these challenging roles. Prior to joining Centric, I was a company co-founder and project manager for West Monroe Partners, a spinoff of ex-Arthur Andersen business and technology consulting professionals. Prior to that, I assisted companies providing innovative solutions with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and c.w. Costello and Associates.
