Human Resources Generalist
Current- Advises managers, supervisors, and Department liaisons on employment strategies and policy.
- Assists the Talent Acquisition Manager on the full employment requisition, recruitment and selection process for accuracy, completeness, and City policy and legal compliance.
- Participates in special projects: staff committees, Employee Advisory Council, Employee of the Year, Service Awards, Wellness Fair, etc.
- Administers pre-employment examinations and testing.
- Administers MUNIS database for employment information, benefits plans and deductions, leave accruals and other human resources functions.
- Analyzes applicants' experience/training for job requirements for employment.
