Nsw Installation & Construction Manager - Fire
Managed and led the NSW Fire Installation business (Fire Sprinkler, Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Electrical, Special Hazards, Gas & Foam Suppression) having full responsibility of all business activities across the 6 functional areas - Finance, Legal, EHS, HR, IT, Ethics and Compliance.Responsible for profit and loss financial management and delivery of expected gross margin and return on sales targets (ROS, EBIT). Aligning the results with the national business plan.• Present monthly financial forcasts to head office and set stretch targets for direct reports.• Direct and collaborate with the sales team to successfully negotiate head contract conditions and ensure alignment with tendered scope of works. Ensure the sales team is focused on exceeding the yearly budget and are targeting customers and markets within the strategic business plan. • Implementation, execution and monitoring of all sub contract agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate legal policies and project documentation and specifications.• Provide technical and engineering advice into the design team to increase installation productivity and ensure full compliance with the applicable Australian Standards, National Construction Code (NCC) / Building Code of Australia (BCA) and local authorities.
