Managed the successful implementation of a new IBM hosted Oracle HR / Payroll application (HRMS), migrated from a mainframe based application (Cyborg), with no break in service.Was responsible for the IT element of the move and consolidation of a number of teams into the main Call Centre. 226 PCs were decommissioned and moved. In addition, new PCs were deployed; existing PCs were replaced with new builds and numerous screens were procured. This was completed with no disruption to normal service for the customer facing call centre staff.Held additional responsibilities to PM role; was a member of the Release Management Board, ensuring all changes adhered to the Change Management process; was a Project Quality Assurance (PQA) reviewer, ensuring that in-flight projects adhered to Project Quality standards.
