Over the 10 years with NetSol Techologies (formerly CQ Systems) I was instrumental in the advancement of the core LeaseSoft financial software systems through new functionality (Invoicing, DIP, Document Management, Automated Underwriting), whilst serving as project Technical Lead for a large number of leading banks and finance companies throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide.Working with development and testing teams both in the UK and off-shore, my expertise in architecting the most complex business requirements into fit-for-purpose usable modules to the LeaseSoft application have enabled NetSol's clients to gain a competitive advantage from their end-to-end business software.

During my 5 years with Wealden I was involved in the replacement of almost all the computer systems from Mainframe based applications to Windows/Unix based systems and interfaces, as well as developing numerous applications for all departments in the Council and use of internet technologies
