Responsible for realtime content curation and updating of Bing search engine results. This involves working in a fast-paced environment to analyze user behavior and trends to program relevant search results for relevant queries. I also program content for Bing's "Popular Now" home page module, the Bing app for iPad, and Bing's image and video landing pages.

Managed the editorial flow of a monthly magazine, including manuscript tracking, invoice processing and editing all content. I also managed a small team of editorial assistants and maintained freelance writer and editor contracts. I also had responsibility for maintaining the company's web content, including uploading and laying out stories in a content management system and working with developers to implement new features. Researched and wrote articles on business, technology, local government and breaking news for a small daily newspaper. I won five awards from the Society of Professional Journalists in spot news reporting, business reporting, science reporting and business column writing and was a Telecommunications Fellow at the National Press Foundation in 2000.

Copy edited the Budapest Week newspaper and the Budapest Style and Business Hungary monthly magazines in Budapest, Hungary. Also wrote feature and arts stories for the Week.

Taught a horde of high school kids how to speak English in a rural Hungarian high school (Tamási, Hungary) and actually got them to enjoy it. I also edited Figyelem!, the volunteer newsletter for the Peace Corps Hungary program, and worked with children's activities in camps for Bosnian Civil War refugees.
