I am currently the Regional Vice President for the Central Region at the RJ Young Company, the number 1 independent technology solutions provider in the Southeast. As a RVP, it is my responsibility to run a Sales, Service and Operations team while showing a healthy profit to the bottom line for our Region.RJ Young is a Technology Solutions provider that helps businesses run efficiently from their document needs all the way to their surveillance and IT needs. We pride ourselves on hiring the best individuals in the industry and developing them into high-capacity sales/service/operations employees. We pride ourselves on innovation and being proactive to the needs of our industry. Coaching baseball at Delta State University after my playing career ended has helped me to learn the leadership skills that it takes to one day become an effective sales manager within a company. While I coached baseball at DSU, I always took a full load of graduate studies courses as well as had a part-time job at a local school instructing physical education. After obtaining a Master's degree, I moved to Nashville, TN and started working at RJ Young. I also assist in coaching a AABC World Series Participant baseball team called the Middle Tennessee Diamondbacks. For this team we spend all year searching for the best 18 & under baseball players in the area in order to travel and compete at the highest level of amateur baseball.
