Assisted in orchestrating coordination and supervised operations for the World Evangelization Conference (WEC) at Dallas Theological Seminary.From creation to completion of the conference, our focus was to encourage the student body to actively participate in the lives of refugees domestically andto introduce local opportunities for international.

Assisted in preparing, coordinating, publishing, and distributing Brigade level (3,500 Soldiers) Orders and plan implementation. Working Brigadeoperations required synchronizing with personnel through 6 Battalions located across the state of Texas. Each Battalion had specific training requirementsthat mandated resource management of hundreds of thousands.

Commanded a 12-man Infantry Team consisting of Senior Non-Commissioned Officers whose primary mission was to observe, control, and train(OC/T) National Guard and Reserve units for OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom) deployments. Evaluated componentreadiness from Brigade (3,500 person) to Platoon (45 person) elements from 12.

Served as an embedded advisor to the 1/3/6 Iraqi Army tasked with conducting counterinsurgency operations, reestablishing order in lawlessregions and securing fixed sites. Overall responsible for organizing, equipping, training, and mentoring 1,200 Iraqi Army military personnel. Served as thesubject matter expert in training full spectrum operations at.

Responsible for the training, performance, discipline, and welfare of a 45 man Mechanized Infantry Platoon. Responsible for the development,implementation, and supervision of individual and collective training programs which ensured the Platoon gained and maintained a high state of combatreadiness. Managed and controlled equipment, vehicles, and weapons.
