Mr. Chen is the Head of the engineering and construction department of Engie China. He manages all the projects developed or executed by Engie China or his joint ventures in China. such as energy efficiency, solar PV, gas fired co-generation. district heating/cooling，tri-generation. as well as clean energy projects such as battery energy storage system, and biomass co-generation.
