Served as President (18 years) for the largest independent union of unionized staff employees who are employed by educational organizations and several governmental agencies. Previously,Director, Vice President for Defense (10 years) and prior to that I held various elected positions. Also, lobbyist for the Michigan Education Association for 20 years specializing in pension and retiree health benefits, along with education policy issues.

Employed as a retirement consultant with a speciality in the area of school employee pensions and retiree health benefits. Retired after 44 years of employment.
