Work with United Steel Workers Union for bargaining and greivances. Impemented Dupont Safety System that resulted in Zero lost time accidents for approximately 100 workers.

Coordinate with mine planning for direction of mining fronts and ventilation system construction. Work with crews to develop improved mining methods with the introduction of burn round and LHD materials.
