As the company started to mature and explore new revenue streams within the construction industry, I felt it was time to refresh the brand and create a new atmosphere within the company's culture. Making a profit is not our primary goal; we are here to build something - to provide value beyond the construction portion of the work. Monarch will become one of the premier construction companies within Minnesota and once we have a strong hold on this market, we will start to look at viable options to add value in other parts of the country as well.
