I lead a team of skilled commercial strategists who support a collective portfolio of over 60 hotels. My team consults and activates the development and implementation of commercial strategies encompassing all facets of revenue management, commercial sales, and digital marketing. We work closely with our IHG franchise performance partners and hotel owners and operators to deliver comprehensive, world-class commercial performance support.

My leadership role operates in a matrix management environment to support the overall goals of other departments, with a focus on increasing revenues and RGI (revenue growth index) position. I foster relationships between teams across the IHG organization ensuring the communication and alignment of key strategies. I interact regularly with Corporate Executives, hotel General Managers, hotel Owners and Principal Correspondents for the purpose of implementing revenue growth strategies and various corporate-sponsored programs and initiatives. $30M-$89M revenue - Responsible for managing rooms and function space inventory; ensuring that the inventory is allocated and restricted properly in order to maximize total hotel revenues and profits. Ensures that all rates, packages, and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel’s inventory systems. Establish and maintain effective relationships with hotel leadership in order to successfully influence and affect change. I have worked with Ritz-Carlton, Marriott full service, select service and extended stay hotel brands.
