Experience: I have been coaching U10 through U14 recreational soccer for 12 seasons with Lexington Youth Soccer Association. Based on conditioning, skills, and character goals set each season, each of those seasons has been highly successful. My U14 players achieved league championship for the past two springs. It is always my intention to structure training to increase the participation of each player therefore I believe in utilizing small sided drills and games to ensure each player gets as many touches as possible. Self-control, discipline, diligence, persistence, and creativity are the hallmarks of the elite athlete as well as any high achiever.
