Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Review resumes and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.- Gather feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies.- Develop and distribute job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Glassdoor.- Leverage social media platforms to source potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.- Provide regular recruitment activity and progress updates to hiring managers and HR teams.- Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs.- Participate in career fairs throughout Western Pennsylvania to identify and cultivate a pool of potential candidates.
