The Fleet Chaplain shall be the spiritual officer of the Club and shall provide spiritual comfort, support and leadership to Club members and activities.

CityLift Bothell is a nonprofit 501(c)3 service organization offering Chaplain Support and Crisis Intervention Services for First Responders and their families, citizens and organizations including schools, churches and businesses; plus maintaining a commitment to training and coaching tomorrow’s Chaplains. CityLift Bothell is sustained through tax-deductible contributions from churches, individuals and businesses, together with fees for services in the areas of pre-incident preparedness training, crisis intervention, critical incident stress management and grief & loss workshops; to emergency preparedness consulting services, plus trainings, workshops, table tops and drills. CityLift Bothell also provides Chaplain Services in the areas of pre-marriage education, weddings, memorials and dedications.

Assisting 16 public K-12 schools and 3 private schools in emergency planning, including: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery teaching and employing the Incident Command System for schools.

The Police and Fire Chaplain’s Training Academy is pleased to cooperate with the International Conference of Police Chaplains (ICPC) and the Federation of Fire Chaplains (FFC) in offering a blending of classes that meets the standards of these organizations, qualifying graduates to apply for the Basic Credential from either organization.

Serving as Chaplain to First Responders and their families for Bothell Police, Fire & EMS and Northshore Fire & EMS, as well as, providing crisis intervention services for citizens in Bothell, Kenmore and Lake Forest Park.

Contracted with Zone 1 Coordinator to assist Emergency Managers for 21 Greater Eastside cities and 1 tribal nation seeking to partner with local churches for needed resources in emergencies and disasters.

Mobilizing united prayer among Christ-followers, first in Eastside businesses, then in Eastside Churches, which resulted in Churches blessing their City by praying regularly for leaders in local government, schools, non-profits, businesses and other churches; and then serving City-based projects.
