Retired as the lead security program manager of a highly sensitive program critical to the national security interests of the United States. My responsibilities covered a wide range of security challenges involving the protection of the clients, as well as training, managing, and sustaining the organizations operational, administrative, and contractor staff security posture. From 2010 to 2012, I served as a Judicial Enforcement Expert with the Department of State’s Civilian Response Corps where my expertise was critical in developing security contingencies and preparing for the unpredictable. In 2011, I deployed to Parwan, Afghanistan for six months, where I provided the Department of State, U. S. Military, and the Afghan Judiciary with specialized training and security assessments for an Afghan court complex where individuals captured on the battlefield under the law of armed conflict were put on trial for their criminal acts. From 2004 to 2010, I served with the Judicial Security Division supervising protection details for high ranking USG officials. Served within the Prisoner Operations Division, where I received the DOJ Attorney General Exceptional Service Award for efforts related to the strategic planning and prisoner management of the defendant in the Boston Marathon bombing trial in Boston, MA.
