After starting my career working in labs as a chemist, I took an interest in the bigger picture of how labs could run more efficiently and take advantage of the latest technologies. This led me into my career in sales where I have been a top-selling laboratory equipment representative for 17 years at Quantum Analytics, the leading national distributor for Agilent and complementary analytical laboratory equipment. In 2017, I took on the role of Sales Manager and have achieved a 9% growth rate by emphasizing long-term growth and increasing customer diversification. We work with a wide variety of laboratory customers including clinical, government, food, environmental, cannabis, defense, academic, pharma and energy. I enjoy helping customers develop their site plans with my depth of experience to identify obstacles and streamline workflows for the best outcomes for their laboratory operations. I also take pride in developing and launching new programs as niches arise and modifying them as the niche matures. I do this by understanding the details of lab installations, including state and local regulations, and the financing vehicles available to fulfill customer needs. My expertise in creating financial solutions, particularly complex leasing structures and vendor financed solutions, comes from a deep understanding of financial accounting and technical requirements for both emerging and mature businesses. When I am not out seeing customers, I enjoy athletics and music. In the winter, you’ll find me on the ski slopes with my family, and off-season out running in preparation for a marathon or playing guitar.
