Led a team of 822 personnel responsible for providing all operating support, infrastructure and services support for over 3000 personnel employed at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex operating more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges, sled tracks, centrifuges and other specialized units across 6 states with an annual budget of $154 million.

Led multi-functional team of over 840 personnel providing medical, facilities engineering, communications, chaplain, security, logistics, human resources, emergency management, and quality-of-life services to more than 4000 personnel directly employed at the Space and Missile Systems Center and providing services to over 180,000 military beneficiaries in the Los Angeles basin. Actively managed $608 million in plant assets and a $60 million annual budget.

Engineer liaison to United Kingdom Ministry of Defense, United States Air Forces in Europe - United Kingdom and other Air Force functionals and Department of Defense Agencies. Addressed facility engineering, housing, fire emergency services supporting all seven United States Air Forces in Europe installations in the United Kingdom.

Led 22 member joint and multi-national engineer staff providing policy and logistical support fo over 5000 combat engineers throughout Afghanistan. Responsible for aligning combat engineers to provide bridging, construction, facility maintenance and route clearance across Afghanistan to support the multi-national mission. Also organized and aligned combat engineer units to train emerging Afghan National Army combat engineer units in their roles, tasks and responsibilities.

Led 444 personnel in all facets of operating, maintaining, and repairing 970 facility installation and nuclear missile complex across 3 states to include 224 National Historic facilities. Led all emergency services to include fire and explosive ordnance disposal personnel.
