SWX Global has been in the trade show and events industry for over 33 years, but due to the COVID pandemic, this industry was abruptly put on hiatus in 2020. So SWX Global, rebranded from Southwest Displays & Events during this same time, has pivoted to different avenues of helpful engagement with society. I have been using this time to focus on new skills, such as diving back into 3D design and animation in support of our marketing strategies at SWX Global. I am now much more proficient with SketchUp, and have become familiar with Lumion, Adobe Premiere, and just began learning TwinMotion. I'm also dabbling with Blender for 3D modeling, but that one is taking more time (talk about a dense, feature-packed software package!) I am all about keeping relevant and being able to say "Hell yes, I can do that!"

Responsible for design and production of graphics for trade show exhibits and retail sales fixtures, including working closely with outside vendors for efficient scheduling and delivery of graphics. Also a key member of the company's rebranding.

2006 – 2013 • STAK Design • Graphic Designer/Department Manager • Main clients include Macerich, General Growth Properties, Taubman, Weyerhaeuser, and others. Responsible for design and production of graphics for retail sales fixtures and trade show exhibits in an industry-leading multi-million dollar company. Also created company advertising collateral and web-based marketing campaigns. Successfully managed a variable-member staff to maintain a highly efficient in-house large format production department, as well as utilizing various out-sourced graphics vendors.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Contract design and production • Clients included; , Brinker International/Chili'sRestaurants, The Container Store, JCPenney, South Coast Winery, and more. Responsible for all phases of design and production of graphics, illustrations, logo and character designs, wine labels, layout and graphic content creation for brochures and printed promotional items and websites. Also created conceptual designs for retail spaces, stage designs for corporate meetings, television commercials, sets and retouching for photoshoots, and storyboards for commercials.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for graphic design and layout of custom exhibits and retail interiors. Worked directly with clients to design and create store graphics packages for United Supermarkets, and exhibit graphic designs for Mattel Toys, Fisher-Price, and Disney. Oversaw production and performed vendor checks of out-sourced graphics, and supervised quality control of in-house 2D/3D sign department.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Created projects for clients including; , Mattel Toys,; , Brinker International, AVW Audio Visual (Freeman AV), the feature motion picture Rushmore, and numerous television commercials. Digital design and physical production for a variety of projects.

Designed and assisted in the designs of gift shops for Busch Entertainment (Sea World, Busch Gardens Parks). Designed and produced artwork and special event decor for clients including The Galleria, Hyatt Regency, NorthPark Center, Six Flags Over Texas, North Hills Mall, Collin Creek Mall, and others.

Design and production of commercial and retail sets, displays, graphics, illustrations, and props. Clients include Disney, Neiman Marcus, Dickies, AVW Audio Visual, Horchow, Dallas Apparel Mart, Eastman Kodak Credit Corp., Modern Toys, Hard City Theater, and others.
