I transformed an empty warehouse into a turnkey "Sign Shop". Along with installation and maintenance of two wide format printers, CNC router, and all aspects that come with setting up a new shop, I implemented administration and payroll procedures, sign fabrication methods, color management, IT network support, and of course mentorship. I provided training to an unskilled (under 21) crew, turning them into a self-sustainable graphics production department.
