CurrentMy job at The Trade group is to:Receive and process inbound leads (phone, web forms, web chat) by researching and recording account information in Salesforce and assigning to the appropriate Sales Consultant Consistently verifying proper lead source and detail information was entered into Salesforce by the Sales Consultants Assist with the planning and coordination of internal corporate events Provide administrative support for the HR department Research and process trade show lists for the Sales and Marketing teams to utilize Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing department for various projects, as assigned Manage multiple corporate calendars Greet and assist guests Process incoming and outgoing mail Assist with management on showroom duties Keep internal phone lists and employee photobooks updated for 200+ employees Generate and manage daily front desk rotation schedule Coordinate holiday cards and client/vendor gifts on behalf of 30+ sales representatives and executive leadership team Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
