Our various construction loan products provide the means for builders and developers to finance the construction of 1-4 single family homes and townhomes (Specs, Pre-Sales and Models) and the acquisition of lots to replenish consumed inventory. We were also able to finance the acquisition and development (A&D) of raw land into developed lot subdivisions for use and/or for sale to other builders to construct single family homes on for sale to third parties. - Manage and maintain a loan portfolio comprised of residential construction loans and development loans in TN, GA, SC, NC, MD, MI and PA markets that are experiencing one or more loan defaults. - Develop strategies with each borrower designed to minimize the risk and potential losses to the bank, while maximizing the return to each borrower.- As needed, manage the foreclosure process, following all the local and state laws, formulate the bidding strategies and follow up with the transfer of title to the highest bidder. - Pursue any deficiency balances that might exist after all collateral has been liquidated or foreclosed on and work to settle all matters, without litigation if possible, to further minimize losses to the bank.

- Manage and maintain a loan portfolio of residential builders and developers who operate in the Nashville MSA. Duties include seeking new opportunities with new and existing clients, underwriting general and specific deals, assist clients with planning and strategy and provide input on local market trends.

Prior to leaving actvie duty in 1994, I had acheived the rank of Corporal, via a meritorious promotion, two years into my enlistment. My initial job description as an Electrical Equipment Repair Specialist, or Generator Mechanic, was delayed due to an assignment in HQ for my first year out in the Fleet. I later became involved in my MOS and cross trained in the field of automotive mechanic, air conditioning mechanic and water purification specialist. Duty stations included Camp Lejeune, NC, Camp Pendleton, CA, Camp Foster and MCAS Futenma in the island of Okinawa, Japan.
