* Coordinated a multinational team, including New Jersey, Toronto, London, and Hyderabad, turning around a floundering project and driving it toward completion, despite organizational and technical obstacles.* Mentored and trained other writers. Acted as the Director's right-hand man and go-to troubleshooter, ensuring all tasks and innovations were repeatably documented.* Created a real-time metrics reporting system using PHP, Transact SQL, and later Tableau, enabling upper management to rely on the resulting numbers in launching a company-wide process improvement program.* Developed and implemented an XML-based documentation system, using SharePoint, SiteMinder, and DITA, allowing the team to deliver over 3K pages of documentation in HTML and PDF from single source.* Led migration of a trouble-ticket system from a legacy homegrown scheme into Remedy 7, an endeavor several people had previously attempted, making the entire system more supportable.* Automated many departmental processes, doubling the efficiency of the group, allowing 4 people to accomplish more than the previous team of 8, with better morale.* Designed, built, and maintained an interactive extranet, including extensive on-line documentation, enabling clients to understand and operate a complex software suite without intervention.* Wrote, edited, and enhanced clear procedural documentation for both internal and external audiences, facilitating troubleshooting, automation, and accountability. Documentation included ISO certification across several departments.
