Responsible for sales of new and existing clients for hotel Property Management System, Point-of-Sale, Hotel Booking Engine, credit card payment gateway, and related interfaces for independent hotels across the United States and internationally. Responsible for the day to day operations when senior executives were working from the west coast. Acted as interim President after the sale of the company in July 2016.

Cincinnati, Ohio

Operations officer of hotel management company with contracts managing seven limited services hotels located in five states with total of 200 employees. Acted as liaison for Voting Member for 6 Best Western affiliated properties. Coordinated the sale of each property with owners and worked closely with brokers for successful closing transactions.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

Responsible for the management of three limited services hotels located in three states. I was involved in the pre-opening construction and hiring of the two North Carolina properties. Within the first year, each property had over 70% annual occupancy.

Cincinnati Area, Ky

Responsible for the performance of this 119 room limited service hotel with a staff of up to 20 employees. This was the first Luxbury Hotel to open. The property was seasonal with peaks in the summer for the nearby Kings Island amusement park. I was able to maximize the 3 month peak season revenue while controlling costs for the remainder of the year and marketing to corporate businesses.
