Led an 8 person design team in the development of web based projects for Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Avery Dennison, Heinz, and more. Awards include the Web Marketing Association Best in Industry award for Interactive Services (2001), Web Marketing Association Standard of Excellence Awards (1999, 2000, 2001).

Founded this 3 person print design firm to service accounts acquired through my years of experience with Paisley Park/Warner Bros. Records. Clients included Warner Bros. Records, Sony Music, Rykodisc, Musicland/Sam Goody, MTV, Target Stores, Fruit of the Loom, General Mills, and more. My work was featured as the cover of the 1995 MTV Europe Awards program, was featured in several technology and art trade magazines in the late 90s, and was a featured in the very first installment of Wired Magazine's "Hotwired RGB Gallery".

Performed the role of graphic designer, producing a wide range of packaging, promotional materials, concert stage graphics, publications, advertising and media work. Over the course of four years built Paisley Park's first in house design department consisting of a creative director and two designers. Played an instrumental role in Prince's first exposure to interactive media and the web, which eventually led to the creation of Bitstream Underground.
