Provide motorcyce safety traning in a classroom and riding range environment throughout the Treasure Valley and the State of Idaho. Completed my 15th year as an Instructor for Idaho STAR and have 5 or 6 years as an Instructor for Idaho Motorcycle Safety Institute under the direction of Steve Garets, current director of Team Oregon.

Contract ended, so I am a full-time employee working with the new iCourt system to be deployed in all 44 counties of Idaho courts, including supervision, family, criminal and Supreme courts for all case management, attorney management, financial and eCitation filings. I am writing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports for the Supreme Court customers, and will be involved in agency integrations with Ada County Jail systems, Idaho State Police (ISP), Idaho Department of Transportation (ITD) and others throughout the state as we implement the new system. This is a really exciting job and I am very fortunate to be working there.

Lead engineer and support contact in the web infrastructure and portal areas for MOSS 2007, Sharepoint 2007 web platforms running Windows Server 2003, IIS5/6. I developed maintenance documents and support resources including troubleshooting guides and Visio infrastructure diagrams for IIS, and MOSS 2007/2010 platforms. I am also supporting SQL Server 2005/2008 platforms leveraging SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual Studio 2008, and BIDS. Developing Infopath forms for Sharepoint lists and standalone projects for regulatory reporting functions and legal department requirements. The InfoPath forms leverage all types of data connections, and incorporate workflow processes for notifications, archiving entries, and support other forms deployed in our environment.I am part of the Sharepoint team recieving the 2010 CIO Award of Excellence at Supervalu for excellence in customer support, project delivery, team players, and delivering to the business, fast and simple.

Department programmer primarily working in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Server 2003. Developed and maintained critical Police applications dealing with multiple platform-specific data repositories. Integrated and built SQL database driven query tools in MS Access to deploy to the desktops of all department staff. I was a lead trainer and support person for the department and managed several projects independently.

Server manager and customer support lead for web server group, intranet and extranet capabilities totaling over 180 servers. Windows 2000 server, Internet Information System (IIS), Cold Fusion, PERL, JavaScript, CGI, UNIX, Apache and database configured machines. Load balanced multi-server, multi-users platforms, provided 24x7 support, website management and maintenance.

Systems administrator for human resource information system (HRIS) and provided Oracle database administration for large multi-plant engineered wood products company with sales of $1B. Forecast tool administrator and trainer with database integration with enterprise-wide sales and distribution system. I implemented project management plan for server and desktop applications including HRIS and sales forecasting tools.

Investigate and implement policies and procedures for updating County digital map. Provide technical guidance and program development for all County GIS applications, schedule and manage dataflow, direct training of other County GIS users. Provide recommendations for geographic information system database design, data output forms, map design and plotting, and identify new data sources for addition to the County GIS program. Serve as systems administrator for UNIX workstation and the RS6000 environments.

Responsibilities included design and drafting on various civil projects, most notably the Broadway-Chinden Connector, Vista Avenue Interchange and railroad crossing, Lakeharbor Subdivision development, and Riverside Village Subdivision development. Site planning and development for Hewlett-Packard Boise and Roseville, California sites. Served as graphics coordinator and supervisor for the civil portion, lead right of way designer and utility company coordinator/liaison on Broadway-Chinden Connector, and lead designer for Hewlett Packard Boise site improvements. Primary support and trainer for Microstation CAD software, INROADS and Projects Architect CAE design package. Experience in concrete and soils testing procedures, including Soils Lab Manager for Boise office until 1985.
