CurrentMy role at McCullough & Associates is really more architect, software engineer, and trainer than executive. While I am President/CEO, this is a small company and we all wear a lot of hats. Depending on project load, our size varies between 6 and 30 very dedicated developers.My philosophy is to be very flexible and provide my customers with exactly the service they need. We don't have canned contracts and models to work from. Rather, we work with our customer to determine what arrangement works best.As an instructor, I always take the "real world" perspective, concentrating on the skills needed to perform tasks on real projects. As an experienced developer, I provide a unique training experience that includes consulting that other dedicated training companies cannot provide.
