As an Organization Development and Talent Management Practice Leader at The Talent Collaborative, I am passionate about building capability, enabling organization effectiveness, and establishing talent management systems that work. I have over 25 years of experience in world-class corporate environments, start-ups, and consulting across industries in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. I am also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), a tool that helps individuals and teams leverage their cognitive diversity and preferences.My practice is focused on strategic planning and organizational road mapping, executive coaching, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I have a keen understanding and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity, having worked and lived abroad managing large teams and complex projects across multiple disciplines and countries. I am hyper-focused on deepening my practice in the DEI space, especially on the impact of racial equity and social justice on organizations and effective interventions beyond traditional diversity training. I strive to maintain a balanced portfolio of non-profit and private sector clients, and in post-pandemic 2021, my practice is skewing to roughly 85% non-profit consulting.
