Initially hired as a Contractor in September 2017, I was offered a full time position in December 2017.My primary role is to support current client base with issues within their Kronos Application or to upgrade them onto the newest version of Kronos Workforce Central and I am also able to gather requirements, build solutions and deploy Kronos for new clients. As part of my service I can provide training, training documentation, assist in setting up your clocks. My Kronos Application skill set includes; Timekeeping, Activities, Accruals, Basic Scheduling, and some WIM interfaces.

Senior Consultant (2106-2017)Workforce Transformation GroupWorkforce Labor Management – Responsible for the implementation of Kronos Workforce Central v8.0. Implemented Kronos across 54 manufacturing plants in North America for Johnson Control Institute over the course of 1 year. My primary role was to successfully gather requirements, build solution and deploy Kronos Workforce Activities Module across 5 of those plants. I was responsible for creating all training documentation, executing training to managers and supervisors. During this project I also assisted the rest of the team with the implementation of Timekeeper, Scheduling, and Accruals across all 54 plants.
