Managing an Applebee’s restaurant requires focus and dedication as well as maintaining administrative, clerical, operational and brand standards. I am dedicated to hiring, building and training a team of talented individuals, writing schedules that accurately depict our sales trends, delegate tasks, motivate and resolve conflicts as well as oversee daily operations at and beyond the store level.Maintaining our budget, food safety and cleanliness, guest satisfaction and sales growth are a few of my top priorities. Coaching team members on proper food preparation and food safety, in addition to maintaining the companies standards (SPEC) which are spelled out in our mandatory surprise audits referred to as an Applebee's Brand Assessment. Ensuring the food looks good and is cooked properly are daily habits. We strive for proper portion control and that hot food is always served hot; consistency is key and our guests deserve the best.It is absolutely vital to our operations that the kitchen is cleaned on a regular schedule, food is disposed of properly and the kitchen meets all health standards; which is routinely evaluated by Ecosure and our companies Service Promise Assessment (SPA).Maintaining inventory, moderating discounts and waste. Proper input of invoices are just a few of the essential tasks that help ensure that we have one of the greatest food costs in the company. I am always engaged in sales growth, waste management and maintaining employee hours and schedules. I do my best to optimize and maximize profit for our business all while providing an environment that creates the best dining experience for our guests.
