* Work closely with manager and participate in all-round C&B functions including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation, final payment.* Handle, calculate and arrange bonus in cryptocurrency.* Prepare monthly executive reports including headcount, overtime, people cost analysis, etc.* Implement C&B initiatives, administer key HR exercises including but not limited to bonus and salary review.* Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for managements review.* Run reports from HRIS system and support any analyses for different parties.* Assist in annual medical insurance renewal.* Maintain HRIS system data consistently and timely.

* Handle monthly payroll administration and commission calculation for HK office, secondment staff (China, Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, etc) and retail store staff* Analyze data and prepare dashboards in Microsoft Power BI* Assist in annual medical insurance renewal and medical enrolment* Handle C&B projects such as salary, bonus estimation and annual budgeting* Handle work injury case and travel insurance claims* Prepare cost allocation and monthly headcount movement report to Finance Department* Act as a contact point for HK office and store staff* Assist in UAT testing for HRIS system* Provide support on HR operation, including prepare employment related letters, conduct reference check, etc.* Maintain accurate C&B data base in the HRIS
