I develop construction documents to meet the client's design criteria, ensure it will pass building code and inspections, and meet Landlord's criteria. Also, I'm involve with the permit submittal process from the start to the project being permitted at the end. I handle Request For Information sent from contractors and work on solutions that best suit the situation. Being part of a successful team, communication is key to staying on top of schedule to meet internal deadlines, permit issuance, and getting Landlord's approval.
