Prior to this current position, I gained my experience at a local production company specialized in entertainment products as a sale team leader for almost a year. I had improved myself immensely, acquiring knowledge in channel marketing, operational cooperation, talent development and project management. At Navigos Search, I assisted a big team of professionals in representing high-profile clients in search for the best talents working in Industrial Manufacturing sectors. I was diligently preparing excellent job postings, conducting relevant market researches, scanning, qualifying and interviewing potential candidates. Furthermore, I kept other team members well-informed about client’s business, culture, talent needs and other insights.My understanding and knowledge of talent acquisition expertise are greatly upgraded with the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist, and now Talent Acquisition Manager at Supply Chain Resources Group Vietnam.
