CurrentSpecialized in M&A, project finance, corporate restructuring, capital and risk allocation, corporate governance, financial modellingKey responsibilities include: - Prepare financial models and provide financial analysis to both M&A transactions and greenfield projects; - Perform strategic review of greenfield projects and M&A projects to align Group's strategic focus- Provide supports to commercial negotiation such as SPA, PPA, GGU, BOT, etc; - Uphold high level of corporate governance by implementing Investment Committee Guideline; - Coordinate and liaise with different business units and external parties on projects review and execution- Compile industry and competitors analysis reportsGeographies coverage: Hong Kong, China, India, Taiwan, Vietnam, Other SEA countriesAreas of interest: renewable energy, alternative energy, nuclear energy, private equity / venture capital funds, public infrastructure, PPP, disruptive technology, big data, smart grid, BESS, data center
