1.I am responsible for storage product related solution study and verification , new feature/product maturity verification and best practice.2.Branch office related support , including tender specification review,technical training,ODM project coordination and do performance POC(Proof of Concept)Ex: (1)JP, USA, China branch support(2)ODM project : Toshiba medical ,Tokyo University ..etc

1.I am responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and Operating Systems2.I am responsible for global account of Intel, Microsoft, Pfizer, Deloitte, E&Y, Nokia, JPMorgan...etcOther account：Entie bank, JCIC, NCCC,NCCU, Chang Hwa Bank, Taiwan power, FEIB bank…etc3.Perform services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and products4.Created business strategies and developed solutions packages for client5.Cooperated with partners to bundle the value solutions for customers.. 6.Monitor IBM PC products (PC & NB) for 6 years and Server products(x server & storage) for 4 years7.Led client’s relocation project of IT center, data-center, and call centerEx：CHT, BOT(Bank of Taiwan), Evergreen, China-airline, Fubon bank, Yuanta bank…etc8.Additionally :(1)Promote customer satisfaction and renewed hardware maintenance contract(2)Annual contract renewal rate is 90% and maintenance contract revenue is about 300K(USD)
