I lead a software development team of more than 30 professionals at Dell Technologies and our Partners. We are responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of business applications that support Business Operations. Our work shifts people from traditional methods to modern, digital approaches, freeing up their time for more significant tasks. Our systems serve hundreds to thousands of users and include product development, validation, resource planning, and financial planning.

Successfully delivered more than 20 software development projects, leading teams of 50-100 members to meet or surpass customer expectations, complete projects on schedule, with quality, and within budget.

I led a team of over 10 Business Analysts within the Software Development Unit, providing training, guidance to team members, and supporting the Unit's project delivery. Additionally, I was responsible for Pre-sales activities, collaborating with overseas teams, participating in project bidding and preparing proposals.

I collaborated with business users to gather software requirements, worked with the development team to design solutions, and implemented them. Additionally, I contributed to formalizing the project team's working processes with customers to ensure the consistent success of project delivery.

As the co-founder and leader of the Da Nang Local Chapter of AIESEC, I oversaw more than 70 members and initiated 10+ social projects. These initiatives, engaging international volunteers, sought to raise awareness about climate change, promote environmental preservation, and foster youth leadership and skills development. Furthermore, I established corporate partnerships and secured backing from external partners, sponsors, and advisors to support the organization financially and educationally. We bridged the gap between corporate leaders and the younger generation, who are eager to emerge as future leaders with a commitment to social responsibility.

I joined FPT for an internship, developing and testing software for car ECM (Electronic Control Module). Here I learned about real life software projects and corporate environment, how the team worked together to achieve a common goal.
