Developed and maintained integrations between ScienceLogic's SL1 product and other technologies, mainly ServiceNow, using ScienceLogic's PowerFlow product.The Python integrations utilize Rest and GQL APIs as well as MySQL calls to gather data from both platforms and leverage object oriented programming to structure the data in a way that both systems can consume.Wrote Pytest unit tests for these integrations to ensure they are performant at scale and have high code coverage to limit customer escalations in the field.

The objective of the Analytics team is to provide actionable and data-driven insights to clients. We do so by conducting organizational network analysis (ONA) and administering an employee survey to identify how each team within an organization functions. We call this an Organizational Diagnostic, because it highlights specific opportunities to make the organization more agile. ONA uncovers the most influential individuals in the organization, including those who may not stand out on a typical org chart. Specifically, our ONA highlights individuals who have significant cross-functional impacts. The survey shows how different teams perceive the organization and highlights the consistency (or inconsistency) in their missions. My role is to oversee the Org Diagnostic phase, which includes both organizational network analysis and an employee survey.
