Experienced assistant with a background in customer service,business operations and data entry . I am proficient in a number of different areas including but not limited to email, memo writing, customer care support and many other things. I have strong communication abilities and I always see the job through. I have a high level of leadership skills that I demonstrate any chance given. Currently I am working at a staffing agency and some of my duties include: Data entry, email correspondence,virtual workspace such as Microsoft Teams,remit retrieval for payment coding,auditing payments,making welcome and quality calls and other duties.Before my current role I worked in the medical field as a Registered Medical Assistant and my duties included: Data entry, Email correspondence, Insurance verification, Patient coordination, Writing appeals letters for insurance approvals, Answering calls, Drafting and sending memos and more. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything and have a strong ability to multi-task. I make all efforts to ensure the quality of the work that I put out daily and make it my effort to make whomever I am serving at that time happy and satisfied. I have a strong background in working very closely with customers. I make it my duty to serve them properly and to make sure the quality of service that they receive from me is top tier. When I am not working I like to use that time to spend with my family and make beauty products and key chains to sell at local markets in my area.
