Goal-oriented entry-level Public Health professional, research expert, DEI & brand strategist with an interest in seeking to identify and close gaps for underrepresented groups & known brands/organizations to achieve better outcomes. I have dedicated 5 years to college basketball, initially playing for Saint Louis University & 1 year at Vanderbilt University. Playing and having a love for the sport has built several attributes as I look forward to working in the workforce:- Achieving goals: setting a plan, executing it, and achieving goals- Determination: When facing obstacles, I still push forward and have a strong desire to reach any set goals- Agile leadership: Knowing how to adapt and always improve to be able to be competitive- Teamwork: I understand the importance of a team and knowing how to work with others to reach a common point- Motivation & Commitment: Knowing to put both brain and body into the quest of success- Hard work & SacrificeI have gained a variety of individual accolades throughout my basketball career as well on and off the court.Saint Louis University equipped me with a robust foundation in public health principles, complemented by a minor in Health Care Ethics. This combination has honed my ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas and advocate for equitable health outcomes.I have also gained a variety of skills through the coursework I have experienced in Medicine, Health, & Society equipping me with invaluable insight into the intersection between medicine, health, & society.As a Division I athlete for 5 years, I had the opportunity to establish a brand, "Consistent Habits" that would resonate on and off the court. It emphasizes that success is achieving short- or long-term goals. Consistent positive habits will lead to success. My brand strives to deliver confidence to customers and remind them to maintain those habits until personal goals are fulfilled. At Consistent Habits, we believe that the foundation of success lies in ​the daily habits we cultivate. Our mission is to deliver confidence and ​support to our clients, guiding them to maintain these habits until their ​personal goals are fulfilled. We are committed to providing the tools and ​encouragement needed to help individuals thrive both on and off the ​basketball court. I am also always seeking to work for or with organizations that increases public knowledge on health and equity with a focus on marginalized groups.
