Temple Bar Company is a not for profit collective of businesses in Temple Bar working together to protect, enhance and develop the area known as Temple Bar: to ensure that Temple Bar is kept clean, safe, attractive and accessible for all who live, work and visit the area; to promote the arts, tourism, trade and commerce and to maintain and promote Temple Bar as Ireland’s leading entertainment, business and cultural quarter.Responsibilities include: Company Logistics and Operations, Members Liason, Environmental Coordinator and Environmental Team Manager, Tradfest Artist Liaison, Temple Bar Night Market Manager.

Covered a range of different departments including pay roll, cash office and HR responsibilities. I have trained new employees as well as providing training, retraining and up skill training for colleagues. Most recently I worked in the non-food department specialising in the clothing section. Sales targets were delivered to obtain an extension of the section and surpassed constantly after.
