I'm in my 6th year of teaching. I've taught one year of 6th grade, one year of 1st grade and three years of 2nd grade. I've completed the BYU Associates program and learned so much from that during the 2021-22 school year. This year I've been working hard all year to become ESL endorsed. I've managed to work full-time, while completing 18 college credits through SUU for my endorsement, all while being a single mom during this 2022-2023 school year. I'm working very hard to provide for my four children. After two years of LETRS training, I've also now completed all 8 courses. I've done much to further my education to become a more effective teacher and it's really paying off in the classroom.
