As a recent B.Sc graduate in Product Design at the Technological University Dublin, I am passionate about bridging the gap between innovative design and real-world user experiences. My diverse background in customer service and leadership during my time as a sales assistant at Maxol has equipped me with a unique ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. This hands-on experience allows me to approach product creation with a user-centric mindset, tackling challenges with empathy and practicality.My journey as a designer has been further improved by my achievements in the Bolton Trust Finals and as a runner-up in the Engineers Without Borders competition, where I demonstrated my ability to innovate and deliver impactful solutions.
