• 18 Months Experience as an R and D Analyst/Chemist in GMP/GLP Regulated Laboratory within the Pharmaceutical Industry• 18 Months Experience as a Quality Control Analyst/Chemist in GMP/GLP regulated laboratory within the Pharmaceutical Industry• Expertise in HPLC, UPLC, Dissolution Profiling, Assay Testing, Testing of Related Substances, Uniformity of Dosage of Content, Uniformity of Blend along with TLC analysis• Ability to carry out a wide range of physical testing including: Friability, Hardness, Disintegration, Flowability, UV Spectrometry, FTIR , Bulk and Tapped Density, Viscosity, pH Meter, Density Meter and Karl Fischer • Proficiency in Quality Systems Computer Software – EMPOWER• Experience in Cleaning Validation• Daily/ Monthly Calibration of Laboratory Instrument.• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with other departments • Involvement in an two Irish Medical Board Audits as well as several customer audits• Cell Culture Techniques, Cell Viability Analysis and Glutamate Transport by L-[3H] glutamate• Ability to research and use the British, United States and European Pharmacopeia guidelines • Experience in Internal Auditing• Training of new Analyst and Students• Computer software proficiency in Microsoft Office
