I worked in AIB Bank for over 10 years.As a credit manager I worked with both the Bank and the customer to achieve a sustainable restructure for non-performing debt. My portfolio was predominantly made up of commercial customers based in the Munster region. The largest portfolio I managed was in excess of €50m. This was a client centric role, involving tough negotiations to achieve an optimal resolution for both the client and the Bank. I had people management responsibilities leading a team of 3 individuals. I have excellent interpersonal skills, am self motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and prioritising workload in a demanding team environment. I have an indepth knowledge of financial accounts, coupled with proficient credit management and assessment skills.
