Help to develop a trauma module as an online learning tool, create post-test for the different modules for CEU’s, and helped with strategic communications plan and implementation

Develop individual sentencing plans for attorneys whose clients face conviction and possible incarceration. These individualized evaluations are developed to offer alternatives to prosecutors during plea negotiations, in the pre-sentence phase, and to courts at sentencing. Focusing on: trauma and/or abuse history; family background; substance abuse history; mental health treatment; educational and/or work history; victim restitution and future conduct, mitigation evaluations help the court to understand the Client’s life story and offer alternatives to lengthy sentences.

Advocated for clients and people in the community by giving and telling them about information on different programs that REAL Services has to offer. Analyzed models of assessment, prevention, intervention, and evaluation while working with the clients. Attended conferences, support groups, staff meeting, and assessment meeting as a learner and engaged with those whom I work with as informants.
