Hi my name is Ciara Walsh. I am 33 years old and from County Kildare. I hold a level 8 in Early Years Education and Care and also work in the childcare sector. I have 10+ years experience in childcare and am currently Assistant Manager in a fantastic service. I have worked with and cared for children from 4months old up to 12 years old throughout my professional career. I have a strong passion for children with additional needs. I ensure to provide children with top quality care and education while also providing the children with fun and positive learning experiences. I have great experience working with children with additional needs and have also worked as an AIM support worker for children with additional needs. I also have 3 years experience as a health care assistant and experience working with adults with additional needs. I also have experience in end of life care from working in this area of employment. I also have experience working in retail settings.
