Project Coordinator
Current- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects and tracking of key metrics across the delivery organization
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress for organization assessments, executive assessments, and other client engagements as needed
- Develop project scopes and objectives while involving all relevant stakeholders
- Make sure that internal and external clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with a positive attitude
- Act as the point of contact and communicate status for project teams
