Since 2012 I have been involved both as a full-time member of staff and delivery staff on NCS.· As a Senior Mentor I built trust with a number of young people, coaching them through an intense three-week community programme, building trust within the team and encouraging individual and team reflection· As a Community Facilitator I coached a number of teams to design and implement projects that would improve their local communities.
