  Provides effective leadership across the Talent Centre of Expertise and be an active member Senior Leadership Team.Develops and maintaining strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external key stakeholders, including the Permanent Secretary and Executive team Works across the Talent Centre of Expertise to ensure our Talent Offer is future proofed, inclusive, and aligned to our overarching strategic priorities. Lead /Support delivery of talent schemes including Summer School, ODPLP, Leaders Like You, Fast Stream, Beyond Boundaries, FLS/SLS. Supports the organisation and delivery of workshops or events for participants along with other colleagues, depending on the needs of the cohort. Responds to participant queries and provide a positive, inclusive experience for DWP colleagues participating in schemes, and act as the escalation point for complex queries.
